a romantic escape!!!
lovely lounge amazing service exclusive pool
I stayed in an ocean view club room and i loved the extra access to the lovely lounge. the service in the lounge was amazing from the team working there. i also enjoyed access to one of the pools. It felt very exclusive.
the walk to the lifts from my allocated room felt a bit long.

The breakfast buffet was genuinely enjoyable. I discovered many options. good restaurants are available on the premises. the access to hamal lounge offered excellent food, in particular the fresh fruit.

The staff were wonderful and always helpful. They greeted us by name. i want to especially thank leena and shipu, who were both excellent. i found the staff very polite and friendly.

fantastic stay with great location
great location high food quality really good service
The hotel offers convenient access to various jumeirah hotels and souk madinat. the service was amazing. the restaurants offer high food quality. i especially liked access to the lovely lounge with its really good service. leena and shipu were excellent. I will definitely be back.
i think the communication from the front desk team could be better as i didn't feel comfortable raising issues.

the hotel is near many f&b outlets, offering convenience for dining. its close proximity to the souk is another benefit. the hotel boasts great views of landmarks.

the hotel provides access to a water park and some spa facilities. i found that the resort is very clean and elegant. buggies are available for travel between different areas because the resort is quite large.

ocean view club benefits tasty juice
i stayed in the ocean view club room with club benefits. breakfast at hanaya offered tasty juices daily. chefs accommodated requests happily. trishna, leena, shipu, fatima, and yvonne in the club lounge team were very efficient and catered so well to all requests.
the overall quality offered was below the expectations and the usual standards. the worst part was definitely related to the restaurants. horrible music played by a deejay ruined the ambience. this hotel looks very cheap, and the service offered in restaurants is poor as well.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes, and the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. the wadi wadi water park is nearby, and it's free for hotel guests.

Breakfast at hanaya has various tasty juices offered daily, and the chefs are happy to accommodate requests. Evening canapés are offered with a varied drinks and cocktail menu in a lovely, relaxed vibe. the french toast is delicious!!!

mixed feelings about this stay.
extra payment issue pushy valet service
the valet service felt pushy about tips, constantly hovering when i arrived or left. it made me uncomfortable. also, i was charged more than the agreed price. the staff said it was due to bank charges, but they didn't ask my preferred currency beforehand. it ended up costing me extra and was a hassle to sort out. the payment issue, pushy valet service
